New Jersey 75-hour Salesperson Pre-licensing Course

This course provides 75-hours of instruction in principles and practices of real estate, required of all applicants for a salesperson’s license in New Jersey. The course prepares learners for the New Jersey licensing exam and provides the real estate practice knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in New Jersey. Topics include property rights, contracts, leases, landlord-tenant relations, mortgages and other liens, business opportunity sales, the laws of agency, appraising, licensing regulations, salesperson duties and pitfalls in the real estate business, and state, federal and municipal laws and regulations regarding real estate.

Hours Required by the State: 75 hours
